Welcome to Bordeaux Custom Crafts. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, products, services, and related communications (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

  1. Who We Are Bordeaux Custom Crafts ("we," "our," or "us") is a maker of custom-crafted goods and related services. Our contact information appears at the end of these Terms.

  2. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter legally binding contracts to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

  3. Account Registration

  • To place orders or access certain features, you may be required to create an account.

  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your account information updated.

  • You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Immediately notify us of any unauthorized use.

  1. Orders, Custom Work, and Pricing

  • All orders are subject to acceptance by Bordeaux Custom Crafts. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to errors in pricing or product descriptions, inability to verify payment, or limited availability.

  • Custom or personalized products are made to your specifications. Because custom products are tailored to your requests, they may be non-refundable except as required by law or these Terms.

  • Prices are as listed on the site at the time of order, unless a pricing error is apparent. We may update prices without notice.

  • Quotes given in-person or via email remain valid for the period stated on the quote. If no period is stated, quotes expire 30 days from issuance.

  1. Payment and Taxes

  • Payment is due as specified at checkout or in any quote/invoice. We accept the payment methods displayed on our site.

  • You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total amount of the order and any applicable taxes, fees, shipping, or other charges.

  • You are responsible for all sales taxes, use taxes, and other taxes imposed by government authorities, unless we state otherwise.

  1. Shipping, Delivery, and Risk of Loss

  • Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, force majeure, or other circumstances beyond our control.

  • Risk of loss or damage to physical goods passes to you upon delivery to the carrier or at the time of in-person pickup, as applicable.

  • You are responsible for inspecting delivered items and notifying us promptly of any damage or discrepancies, per our Returns and Refunds policy.

  1. Returns, Cancellations, and Refunds

  • Non-custom, unused items may be returnable within the period stated on our Returns policy, provided they are in original condition. Return shipping costs may apply.

  • Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items are final sale unless defective, incorrect, or otherwise not as described.

  • To cancel or request a return, contact us promptly. We will handle requests in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.

  • Refunds, when granted, will be issued to the original payment method. Processing time may vary.

  1. Intellectual Property

  • All content on our website and materials provided by us, including text, images, designs, logos, and software, are owned by Bordeaux Custom Crafts or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual property laws.

  • You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit our content without our prior written consent.

  • If you submit designs, logos, or other materials for use in custom products, you represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights and permissions to use those materials and that their use will not infringe any third-party rights.

  1. User-Provided Content

  • You retain ownership of content you submit, but by submitting content you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, adapt, and display that content to provide and promote our Services.

  • We may remove or refuse content that violates these Terms or that we determine is inappropriate.

  1. Prohibited Conduct You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for unlawful purposes or in violation of applicable laws.

  • Infringe intellectual property or other rights.

  • Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers.

  • Attempt to access accounts or systems without authorization.

  • Submit content that is abusive, defamatory, or obscene.
