Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Bordeaux Custom Crafts. We take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Please read the following refund policy carefully to understand your rights and the steps to request a refund.

Returns and Refund Eligibility

  • Custom & Personalized Items: Because our custom items are made specifically to your specifications, custom and personalized products are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective, or we made an error in fulfilling your specifications.

  • Ready-to-Ship Items: Non-custom, ready-to-ship items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the item is unused, in original condition, and returned with all original packaging and tags.

  • Sale or Clearance Items: Items purchased on final sale or marked as clearance are non-returnable and non-refundable unless damaged or defective on arrival.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If an item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will request photos of the damage/defect and the packaging.

  • Upon verification, we will, at our discretion, offer a replacement, repair, store credit, or full refund, including return shipping charges when applicable.

How to Request a Return or Refund:

  1. Contact our Customer Care team within the timeframes listed above with:

    • Order number

    • Name on the order

    • Item(s) affected

    • Reason for the return/refund

    • Photos if item is damaged or defective

  2. We will provide return instructions and an RMA (return merchandise authorization) if a return is approved.

  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the RMA or a copy of the original order confirmation.

  4. Ship the item using a trackable method. You are responsible for return shipping costs for non-damaged, non-defective returns unless otherwise stated.

Refund Processing:

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Bank or card issuer processing times may add additional days before the funds appear in your account.

  • For exchanges, we will ship the replacement item once the returned item is received and inspected.

Partial Refunds:

  • Partial refunds may be granted at our discretion for items that are not in original condition, are damaged upon return, or missing parts not due to our error.

Shipping Charges:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable except when the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item delivered).

  • If we authorize a return shipping label for a damaged or defective item, we will reimburse or cover the return shipping cost as specified in our return instructions.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Orders for ready-to-ship items may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.

  • Custom orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. After that, cancellations may not be possible if production has begun; if a cancellation is possible, a cancellation fee may apply to cover materials and labor.

International Orders:

  • International returns are subject to the same eligibility rules. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, customs fees, and duties unless the return is due to our error. Refunds will be issued after the returned item is received and inspected, and any non-refundable duties and taxes will be deducted from the refund if applicable.
