Shipping & Returns
Shipping:
Processing time: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Custom or made-to-order items may require 7–14 business days; any extended lead time will be noted on the product page.
Shipping methods: We offer standard and expedited shipping within the United States. Available options and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.
Shipping costs: Rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and delivery address. Free standard shipping may be offered on qualifying orders; any promotions are applied at checkout.
International shipping: We ship to select international destinations. International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Delivery times vary by destination.
Order tracking: Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow 24–48 hours for carriers to update tracking information.
Address changes: Please review your shipping address carefully before submitting your order. If you need to change the shipping address, contact us as soon as possible. If the order has already shipped, we may not be able to reroute it.
Lost or damaged shipments: If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us immediately with photos of the damage and your order number. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund if appropriate.
Returns & Exchanges
Eligibility: We accept returns and exchanges on most full-price items within 30 days of purchase. See Refund Policy for custom orders.
